2. Operating process of the carton packaging production line

2.1. Adjusting the moisture content and tension of the paper
The first step in the production line is to adjust the moisture content and tension of the paper. Specifically, the paper roll is installed on the roll stand and then passes through the heating roller section.
2.2. Corrugating and applying glue
The second step in the carton packaging production line is corrugating and applying glue. After the moisture content and tension of the paper have been adjusted, the paper automatically enters the single facer corrugating machine to form the corrugated layer. Next, a layer of glue is applied to bond it with the liner paper. After this step is completed, a two-layer paperboard is formed.
2.3. Heating
The third step of the process is heating. At this stage, the conveyor bridge pulls the two-layer paperboard through the multi-layer heating roller section. The purpose is to apply heat to the paperboard.
2.4. Forming the corrugated carton board and shaping the paperboard
Next, the glue application machine, laminating section, and forming system work together to shape the paperboard. Specifically, glue is applied to the surface of the corrugated layer of the two-layer paperboard so that it can be bonded with the bottom liner. The paperboard is then transferred to the drying section for bonding and shaping.
2.5. Cross-cutting the paperboard
The fifth step of the carton packaging production line is cross-cutting the paperboard. At this stage, the newly formed corrugated carton board is transferred into the slitting and creasing machine. It then enters the carton cutting machine, where the paperboard is cut accurately and squarely.
2.6. Counting the finished products
The final step of the production line is to count the finished products as they are discharged from the machine. The finished sheets are then stacked together.
