PAYMENT, DELIVERY, AND RETURN POLICY

Welcome to Nam Phat Plastic. To ensure mutual benefits and smooth transactions, we would like to announce our sales policy applicable to all orders as follows:

PART 1: PAYMENT POLICY

1. Payment Methods

We offer flexible payment methods for your convenience:

  • Cash: Applicable for orders purchased directly at our factory/office or for small sample orders.

  • Bank Transfer (Recommended): Applicable for all commercial orders and production contracts. Please transfer to the following company account:

2. Deposit and Payment Terms (B2B)

Due to the nature of custom manufacturing, the payment process is divided into stages:

  • Deposit: A deposit of 30% - 50% of the total order value is required immediately after order confirmation/contract signing to initiate production.

  • Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be paid before shipment or according to the specific credit terms stipulated in the Commercial Contract.


PART 2: DELIVERY AND SHIPPING POLICY

1. Delivery Time

  • Production Lead Time: 3 - 7 days, depending on the order quantity and technical specifications.

  • Shipping Time:

    • Dong Nai, Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong: Same day or 1-2 days.

    • Other provinces: 3 - 7 days depending on the carrier.

    • For Export Orders: According to the shipping schedule agreed in the contract (EXW, FOB, CIF terms...).

2. Shipping Methods & Fees

  • Methods: We use company trucks (for large local orders), logistics partners, or third-party couriers (Viettel Post, Giao Hang Tiet Kiem, etc.).

  • Shipping Fees:

    • Free Shipping: For orders exceeding 100.000.0000 within a radius of 20 km from our factory.

    • Chargeable: For other cases, shipping fees will be calculated based on the actual quote from the transporter. We will inform you of the cost for approval before dispatch.

3. Inspection Policy

Customers are responsible for checking the quantity, specifications, and condition of the packaging immediately upon receipt. If there are any external defects (torn, wet, crushed) or missing quantities, please sign a record with the delivery staff and notify us immediately.


PART 3: RETURN AND WARRANTY POLICY

Nam Phat Plastic is committed to product quality. However, in industrial production, minor discrepancies may occur. We have a transparent resolution process as follows:

1. Conditions for Return/Exchange

We support exchanges or refunds if the product has the following issues:

  • Manufacturer Defects: Incorrect size, wrong color, unraveling threads, thickness not meeting standards... compared to the approved sample or contract.

  • Wrong Delivery: Incorrect product type or missing quantity.

  • Shipping Damage: (Only applicable if the shipping provider is designated by Nam Phat Plastic).

2. TECHNICAL TOLERANCE (Important)

In the plastics and packaging industry, customers should note the allowable technical tolerances (acceptable margin of error) upon acceptance:

  • Dimensions & Thickness: Allowable tolerance ± 5%.

  • Quantity: Allowable tolerance ± 3-5% (Surplus or shortage compared to the ordered quantity will be calculated for payment adjustment).

  • Color: A color match of 90% compared to the sample is acceptable due to the nature of plastic resin mixing.

Claims falling within these tolerances will not be considered product defects.

3. Process and Timeframe

  • Notification Period: Requests must be submitted within 03 - 05 days from the date of receipt.

  • Method: Send photos/videos of the defective product via Zalo/Email to the person in charge.

  • Resolution:

    • Nam Phat Plastic will verify and respond within 24 hours.

    • If the fault lies with us: We commit to exchanging for new goods (free shipping) or refunding/deducting from the debt if agreed upon by the customer.
